Natalie has been a practitioner of Pilates for over 25 years.
She obtained ACE Pilates Mat teaching certification in 2000 and began teaching and introducing Pilates Mat at Terri’s Workout Center in Buffalo, NY. In the mid 2000’s, while living and working in Seattle, Natalie continued teaching Pilates Mat classes at local fitness centers while expanding her personal practice learning all forms of the Pilates classical system and from teachers who certified under Romana Kryzanowksa.
In 2007 she advanced her teaching practice by obtaining certification in all aspects of the classical Pilates system and apparatus.
Her professional career working as a technology consultant placed teaching on pause. She continued her personal Pilates training working with several professional teachers in and around the Seattle area at Seattle Pilates International, Redmond Pilates Center and Kinesia Pilates. Where ever her career travels took her, she always found classically trained, exceptional teachers.

In the Fall of 2020, Natalie relocated to New England where she continued training with Jennifer Caverly, co-owner of Dover Pilates, in Dover, New Hampshire. She credits her successful and rapid recovery from total knee replacement surgery in 2022 to Pilates and training with Jennifer.
Natalie retired from her corporate technology career in 2024 and began studying contemporary Pilates to re-certify with Club Pilates master trainer, Grace Park. In 2025 she opened The Pilates Suite Studio. She feels very fortunate for the opportunity to both return to teaching and to develop a practice at The Pilates Suite with particular focus on holistically aging with grace and in good health.
Natalie is a member of the Pilates Method Alliance, PMA. Her most recent continuing education workshops include working with clients who are pre/post hip and knee replacements.
