The Gratz style Reformer
An iconic Pilates apparatus, which uses a series of springs and pulleys and props to provide variable resistance in several different positions. Exercises incorporating the Reformer are considered low-impact and prevents injuries by strengthening and lengthening the abdominal, back, glutes, and thigh muscles, The Powerhouse.
You will notice improved posture, increased muscle endurance as the Reformer exercises promotes proper body alignment while helping increase your body’s ability to sustain activity.

The Cadillac Springs Wall Unit and The Ladder Barrel
The Cadillac Springs Wall Unit is a versatile apparatus that expands on the Reformer’s springs and pulleys while adding a roll-back bar and push-through bar. Many Mat and Reformer exercises can be adapted and progressed using this unique equipment.
The Ladder Barrel combines a curved barrel with wooden ladder rungs to provide supportive body positioning without the use of springs. Exercises on the Ladder Barrel help build deep core strength, improve posture, and enhance full-body flexibility. The rungs support proper arm, elbow, and wrist alignment, while the barrel can help decompress the spine and stretch the hip flexors and hamstrings—making it especially beneficial for easing back discomfort.

The EXO Chair
(fashioned after the Wunda Chair)
The EXO Chair resembles a backless chair with a wooden base and padded seat that can also serve as a compact, challenging Pilates Mat. A split pedal beneath the seat can be locked to move as one unit, and side springs provide adjustable resistance from light to strong. Exercises may be performed seated on the padded surface or standing on, behind, or in front of the chair, using the hands or feet to press the pedal. As clients progress, floor-based supine exercises may be added to strengthen the lower areas of the Powerhouse.
